What you receive
Everything we sell is digital. After a successful payment you receive:
- A licence key, shown on the confirmation screen and sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- A link to download the plugin zip. You can also download it any time from My Licences.
Nothing is posted or shipped.
When
Delivery is automatic and normally takes a few moments. It does not depend on anyone being online. If you close your browser right after paying, the key is still emailed to you.
If nothing arrives
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Go to My Licences, enter the email you bought with, and sign in with the link we send.
- If the key still isn’t there, contact us from the contact page with your order details. [EDIT: add your response time.]
Updates
While your licence is valid, new versions appear in your WordPress dashboard and in My Licences.
Requirements
Our plugins need a WordPress site (5.8 or newer) and PHP 7.4 or newer. LeadMagnet Pro needs the free LeadMagnet plugin and a Razorpay account. EasyPush Pro needs the free EasyPush plugin and HTTPS. See the product pages for the full list.
