This policy applies to digital products sold on techincome.in/, including LeadMagnet Pro, EasyPush Pro and any other paid download. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 5 days of purchase by contacting us through the contact page with the email you bought with and your order details.
We will refuse refunds in case of repeated refund requests, or a refund request after a long period of use and any unusual abuse of the service/product is identified.
When a refund is approved, we return the money to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks and card networks usually take bank defined business days to show the credit.
What happens to your licence
When a payment is refunded, the licence it created is switched off, and the Pro features stop working at the plugin’s next daily check. If you refund a renewal, only the extra term that renewal bought is taken back. A partial refund does not change the licence.
Your data stays in your WordPress site. Switching off Pro does not delete anything you created.
Cancelling
Licences are a one-time purchase for the term you chose. They do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel. When a term ends, Pro switches off until you choose to renew.
Free products
Free plugins are provided as they are, with no charge and nothing to refund.
