You’ve bought LeadMagnet Pro or EasyPush Pro and have a licence key. This page covers everything you’ll do with it: activating, moving it to another site, renewing, and what happens if it lapses.
Activate your key
Pro is an add-on, so the free plugin has to be active first.
LeadMagnet Pro
- Activate the free LeadMagnet plugin, then LeadMagnet Pro.
- Open LeadMagnet → Pro Licence.
- Paste your key and press Activate.
EasyPush Pro
- Activate the free EasyPush plugin, then EasyPush Pro.
- Open EasyPush → Settings → License.
- Paste your key and press Activate.
You’ll see the plan you bought, how many of your sites are in use, and the renewal date. Keep the key from the purchase email somewhere safe. You can also see it any time on My Licences.
Find your key and manage your licences
Open My Licences and enter the email address you bought with. If it matches a licence, we email you a one-time sign-in link that works for 20 minutes. From there you can see each licence, its key, its sites and its status, download the latest plugin zip, and renew.
If the email doesn’t show up, check spam, then contact us from the contact page.
How many sites can I use?
That depends on your plan. A single-site plan covers one website, and the larger plans cover more. The count is shown beside your key. Trying to activate on one site more than your plan allows is refused, with a message saying so.
Move your licence to a new domain
Changing domain, or moving from staging to live? Free up the old site first:
- On the old site, press Deactivate this site in the licence screen, or
- Open My Licences and remove that site from your list.
Then activate the key on the new site. If the old site is already gone and you can’t reach it, removing it from My Licences does the same job.
Renew your licence
Open My Licences and press Renew on the licence. You can also paste your old key into the buy box on the product page. Either way, the new term is added after your current expiry date, so you don’t lose any days by renewing early. Your key and the sites already activated stay the same. You can pick a bigger plan while renewing if you want to upgrade.
What happens when a licence expires
Pro switches off. That’s all. Nothing you made is deleted:
- LeadMagnet Pro: your Razorpay keys, paid resources and promo codes stay saved. Paid resources show a “gateway unavailable” message to visitors until you renew.
- EasyPush Pro: your segments, drip sequences and settings stay saved. Sending goes back to the free plugin’s behaviour.
Renew, and Pro comes back at its next check. Pressing Activate again does it immediately.
What if techincome.in/ is unreachable?
Your Pro features keep working. The plugin checks the licence about once a day, and if it can’t reach the licence server it carries on for up to 14 days before it switches anything off.
Updates
Valid licences see Pro updates in the normal WordPress Updates screen, usually within about half a day of a new release. An expired licence can see that an update exists, but can’t install it until renewed. You can also download the newest zip from My Licences.
Refunds
If a payment is refunded, the licence for that payment is switched off. A refunded renewal only takes back the term it bought. Read the refund and cancellation policy for the rules.
Staging sites
If you’re running a staging copy of your own store for testing, the plugins can be pointed at it with one line in wp-config.php. That’s for people who run their own licence store, not for customers.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my licence key?
In your purchase email, and on the My Licences page after you sign in with the email you bought with.
Can I use one licence on several sites?
Up to the number of sites included in your plan. The licence screen shows how many you’ve used.
I changed my domain. What do I do?
Deactivate the key on the old site, or remove the site from My Licences, then activate it on the new domain.
What happens if I don't renew?
Pro features switch off. Your data, settings and saved content stay, and everything returns when you renew.
Do I lose days if I renew early?
No. The new term is added after your current expiry date.
Why can't I see an update?
Updates are shown for licences that are valid. Check that your licence is active on the licence screen, and that the site can reach the internet. You can also download the latest zip from My Licences.
Is the free plugin affected if my licence expires?
No. The free LeadMagnet and EasyPush plugins keep working normally.
